Return Policy

All sales are final. Fig & Oak does not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final and all merchandise is sold as is. Please measure and ask as many questions as necessary. We are always happy to send more photos, videos, or details before purchase. We strive to sell vintage in as best of condition as possible, however, most vintage pieces will show some signs of wear that are consistent with age and use. The condition of each individual item may vary accordingly and are sold as is.

Delivery

We are happy to help coordinate and recommend third party delivery companies who are affordable and reliable.

Please note: Delivery companies are not affiliated with Fig & Oak. Any delivery issues should be taken up with the delivery company directly. Payment for delivery should be made to the company directly. 

Pick-Up

Sold items MUST be picked up within 14 days of purchase. If additional time is needed, all requests must be coordinated with Fig & Oak and approved. Arrangements can be made to store items for a longer period of time for an additional storage fee. A blanket is suggested for in-store pick-ups on furniture or large fragile items.

Items not picked up after 30 days are considered abandoned property and will be donated.
