About Fig & Oak

A portfolio of handpicked objects that revolve around a classic, understated look, with minimal fuss.

Founded in Los Angeles, California in 2020 by Samantha Romero, Fig & Oak was built from humble beginnings as a father-daughter duo. Romero was working in the marketing industry for the past seven years, but after buying and selling off some personal mid-century pieces, she realized her curatorial eye for interior design. Local hauls quickly became out-of-state buys with her dad, using her garage as her own personal storage unit.

Today the Fig & Oak showroom in DTLA, specializes in timeless, ethereal, hand-selected objects, along with a studio rental for creatives to book for shoots.
